What is your minimum order?

Minimum opening order is $150.00.

Do you have a minimum reorder?

Minimum reorder is $100.00.

What are your terms for new accounts?

Orders to new accounts will be shipped Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or AmericanExpress), Prepaid, or C.O.D. Cash Only basis, until credit is established.

Do you ship smaller quantities than full cases?

Yes.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 4:30 (Central Standard Time)
Friday 8:00 – 12:00 (Central Standard Time)

Do you ship outside the continental USA?

Yes.

How long is your shipping turn around?

If the product is in stock usually within 48 hours.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship mainly UPS and Fed Ex Ground Collect, but we will ship with any service that you have an account with.

How are backorders handled?

We call on all back orders for approval before shipping.

How do you handle claims?

Merchandise should be inspected upon arrival. If there is a problem, please call our customer service department and we will work with you to correct the problem. All claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. No returns after 20 days.
